Johnny Aravanitis
Johnny is the man at the wheel of All Blue. Having started his yachting career at 18, he worked his way up from deckhand to bosun and captain across a wide variety of yachts. With deep firsthand knowledge of the Mediterranean, Johnny believes that strong relationships and trusted connections are what will take All Blue to the next level.
Phoebus Arvanitis
Phoebus began his career at sea at the age of 18, gaining hands-on experience on a wide range of yachts and progressing through roles from deckhand to bosun and captain. His years onboard have given him a sharp eye for yacht quality, crew standards, and the small details that shape an exceptional charter.
Melissa Andersen Speight
Melissa is an experienced yacht broker with almost a decade in the industry and a strong focus on the U.S. market. As All Blue’s U.S.-based specialist, she understands the expectations of American clients and brings a polished, client-focused approach to every yacht search.
