All Inclusive Yacht Charters in Greece

Most luxury yacht charters in Greece operate on a "plus expenses" basis, where the charter fee covers the yacht and crew, while fuel, food, beverages, VAT, and other running costs are charged separately through an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA).

For many guests, this flexibility works well. For others, it can make budgeting difficult, with the final cost only becoming clear at the end of the charter.

That's why we've created something different.

Through exclusive partnerships with yacht owners and crews across Greece, our Athens-based brokerage has assembled a carefully selected collection of genuine all-inclusive yacht charters. These are not standard charter listings, but specially negotiated packages designed to provide complete cost transparency from the start.

Your charter price includes the yacht, professional crew, fuel, gourmet meals, premium beverages, and VAT — all combined into one clear rate.

No APA. No unexpected charges. Just a seamless luxury experience with everything taken care of before you step onboard.

All-Inclusive Yacht Charter in Greece: Exclusions & Limitations

All-inclusive yacht charters are designed to provide complete pricing transparency from the outset. By bundling the major operating costs into a single rate, guests can enjoy their charter without managing an APA budget or worrying about additional charges during the trip.

To make this possible, a few parameters are typically defined in advance.

  • Planned Cruising Itinerary

The all-inclusive rate is based on a specific cruising area and itinerary profile. This allows fuel consumption and operational costs to be calculated accurately before departure.

Minor itinerary adjustments are usually possible, subject to weather and captain's recommendations, while significant route changes or long-distance repositioning may incur additional costs.

  • Dining & Provisioning

Meals are included according to the package offered by each yacht, typically on a full-board basis. Menus can generally be tailored to dietary requirements and personal preferences when communicated in advance.

Requests for exceptionally premium ingredients, specialty products, or extensive custom provisioning may be subject to additional charges.

  • Beverages

Most all-inclusive packages include a selection of soft drinks, coffee, beer, and wine as outlined in the charter agreement.

Premium spirits, champagne, luxury wines, or special beverage requests may not be included and can be arranged separately upon request.

  • Services Beyond the Package

The all-inclusive rate covers the items specifically listed within the package. Additional services, special arrangements, private transfers, premium provisioning, or other bespoke requests can usually be organized in advance and quoted separately.

The goal is simple: clear pricing, no unexpected expenses, and a relaxed charter experience from the moment you step onboard.

Popular Questions About All Inclusive Yacht Charters in Greece

Are all expenses really included in the charter price?

Yes. Unlike traditional yacht charters in Greece that operate with an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), these all-inclusive charters combine the yacht, crew, fuel, meals, beverages, mooring fees, and VAT into a single upfront price. Any exclusions are clearly outlined before booking, so there are no unexpected charges at the end of your charter.

Can I customize the itinerary?

Yes, within reason. Most all-inclusive packages are based on a planned cruising area and itinerary profile to keep fuel consumption predictable. Your captain can usually accommodate minor adjustments during the charter, subject to weather conditions and operational considerations. Significant route changes may require a revised quotation.

What food and drinks are included?

All-inclusive packages typically include full-board dining with breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared onboard, along with soft drinks, coffee, beer, and wine as specified by the yacht's package. Dietary requirements and food preferences can usually be accommodated when provided before departure. Premium wines, champagne, and specialty requests may be available at an additional cost.

Is an all-inclusive charter right for me?

An all-inclusive charter is ideal for guests who value simplicity, transparency, and knowing the total cost before they travel. Rather than managing an APA budget and reviewing expenses during the trip, you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing that the key charter costs have already been taken care of.
